Naver Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and complies with the act in all our dealings with your personal data.

Naver Ltd will never sell personal information or share personal information with third parties. We only disclose data if obliged to do so by law.

When you visit our website our server only recognises your IP address.

We collect information volunteered by visitors to our websites when they place an order, submit a contact / enquiry form or subscribe to e-mail services. This information is used to supply / gauge their requirements and / or provide possible solutions.

We may, from time to time, use your contact details to advise you about new products / services and / or provide you with other information. If, at anytime, you wish to terminate this contact or view/change the information we hold about you, just let us know (see below).

We use Cookies* to help identify users and gather simple statistical information about how the websites are used. All credit / debit card payments are processed through Worldpay, via a secure link. We do not see or hold Customer's credit / debit card details given over the Internet.

To ensure that Naver Ltd services, products and Customer care:

  • Meet, and continue to meet, Customer requirements.
  • Are provided in a cost effective way which contributes positively to our business results and Customer satisfaction.
  • Are reviewed regularly and systematically in line with the principles of business excellence and best practice.

Quality Policy

  • To ensure products and services meet Customer requirements an appropriate quality monitoring process maintained. This process involves regular communication with Customers to ensure we effectively meet their expectations.
  • To ensure products and services are provided in cost effective ways and achieve Customer satisfaction, key management processes, resources, products and services will be subject to regular audit and review, taking into account Customer feedback.
  • Naver Ltd is registered as an Investor in People (IiP) and the principles of IiP have been fully embraced within the Company.

Commitment

To ensure the Quality Objectives and Policy are understood at all levels in the Company, Naver Ltd selects employees on the basis of appropriate experience and qualifications and provides appropriate induction and on going training in both job specific skills and the operation of the Quality Management Policy.

Health and Safety Policy Statement

The Directors of Naver Ltd recognise their duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act and are committed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of everyone involved. In particular they:

  • Accept that Health and Safety are Management responsibilities, which require a structured organisation with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Recognise that people are paramount to the Company and will ensure that they are competent and suitably trained for the tasks, which they are asked to carry out.
  • Will ensure a safe place of work, safe systems of work, safe access/egress, safe transport and handling of articles and substances, a safe environment and welfare facilities and information, instruction, supervision and training.
  • Will provide a Safety Management System, which will as a minimum achieve the laid down legal requirements. This will be achieved through risk assessment, procedures and Work Methods, which systematically identify all hazards within our activities and eliminate or adequately control the associated risks.
  • Will ensure a clear communications system for everyone involved on all Health and Safety issues through structured meetings, presentations and publications.
  • Promote co-operation between individuals, safety representatives and groups so that health and safety is a collaborative effort.
  • Encourage the development of a supportive workplace health and safety culture, which recognises the need for the establishment and maintenance of high standards by everyone at all times.
  • Will ensure that the Safety Management Systems are monitored and reviewed against legal and Company requirements. Any deficiencies will be addressed through the safety policy.
  • Will use the investigation of accidents and incidents as a Management tool to prevent re-occurrence, provide analytical details and to identify inadequacies in management control.
  • Provide sufficient and adequate resources including time and money to ensure that the requirements of the safety policy are carried out safely.
  • Recognise and incorporate into our working procedures, the health and safety requirements and standards set by our Customers when working at their locations.
  • Provide advice to our Customers on health and safety standards and be advised by them where appropriate in order to achieve best practice.

Everyone engaged in Naver Ltd's activities has a duty to comply with the requirements of the policy and to act in a reasonable manner to prevent injury to themselves or others that may be affected by what they do or do not do. They also have a duty to co-operate with the Company to enable minimum legal obligations to be met. Everyone is encouraged to submit suggestions and ideas, which will allow participation in the promotion of a positive health and safety culture. This Policy Statement will be reviewed annually.

Environmental Policy Statement

Naver Ltd is committed to conducting its business activities in a manner which protects and seeks to improve the environment. These activities will also be conducted in an approved manner to our Customer's requirements in compliance with any Contract Specific Environmental Objectives and our statutory obligations.

The Directors of Naver Ltd are responsible for the environmental performance of the Company.

The specific environmental objectives of the Company are assessed and reviewed annually. The annual review ensures Naver Ltd is in a position to anticipate forthcoming Customer and new legislative requirements where we can respond and implement as appropriate in a planned and timely manner.

The following are the key principles of this policy:

  • Compliance with and enhancement of performance required by current legislation.
  • The development internally and externally of environmental improvement opportunities.
  • The allocation of resources, the supply of information for, and the training of personnel in, effective operating practices and procedures, which are interfaced with the Company Quality and Safety Management Policies.
  • Maintaining a high standard of environmental impact awareness and creating opportunity for improvement is a corporate objective and a personal objective of everyone involved.
  • Implementation of energy efficiency, waste reduction and appropriate environmental improvement initiatives.
  • Sub-contractors and suppliers adopt similar principles for services and supplies.
  • Accountability for Complaints, Incidents, Audits and Retention of Records in pursuance of continual improvement in environmental performance.
