The Boardroom, which is 3.6m wide x 4.3m long x 2.4m high, will accommodate up to 10 people, around the table. It may also be used as a syndicate room, in conjunction with the Conference Room and, if required, can be computer and telephone linked.

There are three twin 13amp power socket outlets, three twin Cat 5e data socket outlets (suitable for both digital and analogue equipment). There is also a direct dial digital telephone. In addition, we can provide the following equipment:

• Data Projector - for power point presentations and other PC based applications.
• Video / DVD Player - for pre-recorded presentations, often used for training.
• Overhead Projector - for overhead slide presentations.
• Slide Projector - for photographic slide presentations.
• Flip Chart - for manual presentations.
