Catering Options

We can provide a wide range of catering options and it is important to note that you are not restricted to our standard offerings.

If you do require something a bit different, it is equally important that we understand fully what your requirements are, in order that we quote you our most competitive price.

We understand your need for a value service, particularly if entertaining clients. Equally, you will appreciate our need to operate our business profitably.

The easiest way for both of us to understand this scenario is to see the Naver Business Centre as an hotel, with desks instead of beds. Anything, you would reasonably expect an hotel to provide in the way of catering, we can provide. And, we provide this service on similar terms.

Naver Business Centre has a full liquor licence which allows us to complete your catering package in a variety of different ways:

  • Conventional cash / credit bar service where your guests either pay their own way or we run a tab which you settle at the end of the event. The latter may be open ended or set at a fixed amount.
  • Waited wine service where you either select wines from our house wine list or request specific alternative wines, which we will buy in for you. For this service we have to charge corkage at a level which covers waiting and cleaning staff wages together with associated overheads. This is included in the stated selling price.
  • Self-serve wine service where the wine is supplied by us in the same way as the waited wine service but the normal selling price is discounted by 25%.

The setting for your event will depend on your objectives and any need to maintain privacy. It may be held in either Ground or First Floor Foyers, the Café Bar, Conference Room or Boardroom. It may also be themed or feature either exhibits or a presentation. Whatever your requirements, we will do our best to accommodate them.

The difference at Naver House is you're not having to rub shoulders with 'the tourists'. So, if you need to arrange an event where the conversation may be more important than the meal, we offer a secluded venue together with a discreet service, ensuring maximum privacy.

(Based on a minimum of 6 delegates in the Boardroom and a minimum of 12 delegates in the Conference Room. Break-out facilities, if required, will be provided in the Conservatory and ground and first floor foyers at no extra cost.)

*Associated telephone call costs will be charged in addition, at standard BT rates.
