The Conference Room, which is 4.8m wide x 6.4m long x 2.4m high, will accommodate up to 50 people standing, 30 people sitting in a 'theatre' layout (in 5 rows of 6 - 3 either side of a central aisle, in line with the door) and 20 people in a 'round table' or 'banquet' layout (with a hole in the middle).

In addition we can provide a 'boardroom' style table layout (no hole in the middle) for up to 16 people, a 'training' style ('U') table layout for up to 14 people (for normal training purposes) and a 'classroom' table layout, with individual tables (4 each side of a central aisle, in line with the door), for up to 8 people (for computer training).

The room is decorated in blue and has six recessed high frequency fluorescent light fittings, for optimum video conferencing quality. It is equipped with an electronic interactive whiteboard, five twin 13amp power socket outlets, five quad Cat 5e data socket outlets (suitable for both digital and analogue equipment), six ISDN lines and a direct dial digital telephone. In addition, we can provide the following equipment:

• Data Projector - for power point presentations and other PC based applications.
• Video / DVD Player - for pre-recorded presentations, often used for training.
• Overhead Projector - for overhead slide presentations.
• Slide Projector - for photographic slide presentations.
• Flip Chart - for manual presentations.

In addition we can provide a lectern for speakers and / or a top table, if required. It is also to be noted that our Local Area Network (LAN) allows network enabled computers to be readily grouped together and engage in shared Internet access.
