The core provision within the Business Centre is serviced office accommodation, on the upper floor, aimed at small businesses and larger corporations requiring a satellite office in the area. Perhaps to service contract work being undertaken in connection with the decommissioning of Dounreay.

These offices vary in size and are fully furnished, providing between one and four desks. Although the normal let is for 6 months or longer, they are available on a short term basis for as little as an hour. Most offices incorporate meeting facilities and a range of portable presentation equipment is available for hire.

The cost of an office varies from just £170 per month, which includes business and water rates, insurances, heating, lighting, maintenance and cleaning. Also, furniture, fixtures and fittings together with telephone and communication systems, Reception, mail handling and toilet facilities. Naver Ltd will provide a telephone messaging service, free to tenants, when they are out or busy.

ISDN lines and DDI (Direct Dial In) telephone numbers are available and the Naver LAN (Local Area Network) provides shared broadband Internet access and allows computers and offices to be grouped together, if required. It also gives access to the Naver Intranet which provides operational information and keeps tenants abreast of the various special offers and facilities available from Naver Ltd.

In addition to these offices there is approximately 150 square metres of un-serviced office accommodation, on the ground floor, comprising five, decorated, individual offices, with their own access.
