Meeting Room

We have a large modern meeting room in Beach Court, Thurso which is available for hire at a cost of £30 (half day) or £50 (full day).

It is equipped with an oak boardroom table which will comfortably seat up to 6 people in stylish leather chairs. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. We provide morning / afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits and can cater for working lunches by prior arrangement.

Tele-conferencing can be arranged at a cost of £20 (half day) or £30 (full day) plus call charges at BT standard rates.

A selection of portable presentation equipment is available for both internal and external hire including multimedia data projector (£40 for half day/£60 for full day), overhead projector (£20/£30), slide projector (£10/£15), screen (£10/£15) and flip chart (£5/£10).

All hire charges are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
